A single-purpose LLC.
Each Ascension yacht is held within a dedicated LLC formed exclusively for the asset. Equity is divided evenly among the ownership group. Each owner is a member of record, not a license holder, and participates pro-rata in usage, charter revenue, and exit proceeds.
A transparent points system.
1,000 annual points are distributed by ownership percentage. Booking is managed through a transparent calendar with seasonal weighting. Unused time becomes charter inventory — generating income that flows back to the LLC.

Premium Class assets command higher charter rates — estimated 30–50% offset against annual operating contribution.
